Save file as "rarreg.key"

 

Step-3: Now Goto Local disk (C:)  

Step-4: Then Program file > WinRAR

Step-5: Now past "rarreg.key" to WinRAR folder

Step-6: Now open WinRAR and check licence from Help > About
